With over 20 years of experience supporting clients, training in Ayurveda, and a deep commitment to my own healing, I offer guidance that is personalized, holistic, and designed for sustainable living through small, meaningful shifts. As a mama to two teenage daughters, wife, and Pacific Northwest native, I’m inspired by nature, family, and the wisdom that reminds us to root, rise, and return to our natural rhythm—walking alongside you as you become your own best advocate.
